A good workout is a part of the enjoyment of our tour, but it is equally important to have time to enjoy the sights aswell. Therefore, we don't have a predefined pace. It is totally up to you. There is no rush and we rather be out a few minutes extra than stress your experience.
We run on different types of surface´s and areas, from asphalt and innercity vehicle traffic roads, to gravel roads along the water on the islands. We can not take responsibility for any kind of injury that occur along the tour. We recommend comfortabe shoes that you are used to running or walking in.
